Look at that top! We just got it in today from Magaschoni and it is HOT! It has built in jewelry, and it fits like a glove. Perfect for Valentine's, or any special night out, really. The necklace top in praline retails for $198. We paired with this cool tiered black skirt ($194) from Fashionista and threw on my favorite scarf (pure and simple $22) for a cover up!
