How about that? Another green top! What's cool about this one is that it can be worn as a dress or a top. I love clothes that multitask! Again, soft jersey, but this time from Bella-chic, our favorite little label out of Eastern Pennslvania. The top is on sale for $42 and comes in sizes XS-XL. While not St. Patty's appropriate, the top is available in orange as well. It's paired with a higher waisted People's Liberation style that is selling for $115.
